Jim Glinsky, GVH Ultra Vets Captain, competed in the USATF Masters Virtual Track Meet in August. He ran the mile (track) in 6:05.1 for a remarkable age grade of 86.74%!
Jim also competed in the World’s Master Athletics competition (Male, 70 category). He ran the 1500m in 5:58.0 (81.76%) and the 5000m in 21:56.0 (81.84%).
The USATF Masters Virtual Track meet continues until August 17, 2020. Could there be other GVH members that will try to beat Jim’s stellar performance?
